When booking an apartment through Boomerang Rentals, users are required to provide the following information: full name, phone number, and email address. By completing the booking process, you expressly consent to receive SMS and emails from Boomerang Rentals for purposes related to your reservation, including but not limited to reservation confirmation, check-in instructions, and communication with our support team.
Payment for your reservation must be received within 24 hours after booking. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will automatically cancel the reservation. Boomerang Rentals has a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours after the reservation, provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days away. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you can receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after that.
By providing your contact information during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS and emails from Boomerang Rentals for essential communications related to your reservation. These communications may include reservation confirmations, check-in instructions, and interactions with our support team. You may opt-out of non-essential communications by adjusting your account settings.
Boomerang Rentals values your privacy. The collection and use of personal information during the booking process are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
